What is the format and agenda of the event?

The Opening session of the offsite will begin at 12:30 PM on Sunday, November 8. The program will combine keynote speakers, fireside chats, group discussions, and time together over meals and activities. Sessions will focus on the decisions and challenges of building generational companies, including strategy, leadership, culture, go-to-market, AI, and navigating periods of rapid change.

Who will be attending?

The CEO Offsite is open to Greenfield portfolio CEOs, alongside esteemed guests and guest speakers.

Will sessions be recorded?

Select keynote sessions may be recorded. Smaller-group sessions will not be recorded in order to encourage candid discussion and open dialogue.

Will there be Wi-Fi and workspace available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the property.

While there are no dedicated workspaces, the resort has a number of open, casual seating areas that may be suitable for informal meetings or calls. Guest rooms will be the best option for private work or meetings.

What is included in our accommodations?

Hotel accommodations at Carneros Resort and Spa will be provided for the duration of the program.

All sessions, meals, and hosted activities during the offsite are included for invited attendees. Please refer to the agenda for full program details.

What if I need to arrive the day before?

If you plan to arrive on Saturday, November 7, please let us know in advance and we will arrange an additional night for you at the hotel.

What are the hotel’s check-in and check-out times?

Check-in at Carneros Resort and Spa is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Bag and coat storage will be available before check-in and after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed, but our team will work with the hotel to accommodate requests where possible.

Am I responsible for my air travel and transportation?

Yes. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own flights and transportation to and from the hotel.

Carneros Resort and Spa is approximately 60 miles from San Francisco International Airport, with a typical drive time of around 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Do I need a visa?

International attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate visa and travel documentation required to enter the United States.
